We ship UPS Ground (US 48 states). Orders to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. The offer of "Free Shipping for orders over $50" applies to the contiguous US 48 states. Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Pennsylvania (6%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
